Back in 2013, husband and wife John and Maria Kopper worked out of a food truck supplying one-of-kind pizza to Cheyenne, WY. We travelled with the only wood-fired oven in town to local festivals, concerts, and breweries. Success with our food truck, and passion for pizza and Italian food inspired us to start our brick-and-mortar business people know and love today. We feel our restaurant’s location in an old house in downtown Cheyenne, WY embodies the traditional Italian value of food and family.
